Block 1: Where It All Began

Right in the centre of this town is a factory making something secret which results in rainbow smoke.  Rumours are rife about what the secret product is and the front runner is calorie-burning sweets.  (Of course, the truth is likely to be more prosaic, but it's definitely not anything with toxic by products as the residents of this town and the surrounding areas are among the healthiest in the country.)  Seizing on the rainbow smoke as inspiration, some of the townsfolk have started to paint their houses (and cars and buses) in bright colours, including a young teacher who loves her apple-green car.
