Block 8: The Catchment Area
Some of the parents have been so inspired by the spread of colour across the area that they've started painting their own houses and it's becoming quite common to see a wheelbarrow full of tins of paint being pushed along the road with a gaggle of paintbrush-wielding coverall-wearing children skipping along behind it.
